    Susan Labman

    Sue has a passion for developing and positioning others for success, while obtaining outstanding performance results.   In senior leadership roles at the US General Services Administration (GSA),  she led human resources activities, financial management, regional operations, and workforce engagement initiatives for a $3.2B organization with employees across the US and overseas.  She created cross training and mentoring programs which became models for GSA nationally.  With over 35 years of experience in federal service,  Sue most recently served as a Senior Advisor in the Commissioner’s Office of the Federal Acquisition Service,  leading their national reorganization communication/employee engagement strategy, as well as their preparation efforts for Presidential Transition.   This role played to her strength of engaging and influencing  a wide variety of stakeholders within government, industry, and non-profit organizations.

    Sue has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Communication Department at La Salle University, teaching business communication and public speaking classes in both Philadelphia, PA, and Prague, Czech Republic.

    Sue is a proud Nittany Lion, having graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Business, as well as an Explorer by earning a Master in Professional Communication from La Salle University.
