About Babette Racca 

Babette Racca’s career spans forty years in nonprofit management, including several executive positions at agencies including Girl Scouts, the YMCA, a charter school consultant, and University of Delaware. She has a B.A. in Geography from Boston University, and an M.A. in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.
