About Ana Lisa Yoder
Ana Lisa Yoder is Founder and Principal of Yoder Consultancy, where she partners with nonprofit and foundation leaders to support effective, equitable, and collaborative practices. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the sector, her work spans executive coaching, strategic planning, equitable grantmaking, and capacity strengthening program design. Most recently, she was part of the consulting team that designed a regional capacity strengthening hub on behalf of 13 Greater Philadelphia foundations.
She previously served as Director of Grantmaking and Special Projects at the Philadelphia Foundation, where she worked alongside more than 300 nonprofits to strengthen their capacity and spearheaded the Nonprofit Repositioning Fund, a multi-funder collaborative that continues today. Ana Lisa holds a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of
Social Work and Social Research and completed intensive coach training through the Academy of Creative Coaching in 2021.
