Refunds will be given only when requested in writing to The Nonprofit Center at least two business days prior to the class.* All refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Unless otherwise requested, credits will be issued for all cancellations.
If you cancel before 48 hours prior to the class you may send another participant from your organization or receive a credit.
If you cancel fewer than 48 hours prior, or fail to attend, you will be considered a “no show” and are responsible for payment, since we have held space for you at our expense. If you cancel your participation in more than two programs in an academic year, we reserve the right to issue a credit in lieu of a refund.
*For participants in an evening class: Each evening class is broken into 3 parts. If you cannot attend one or more of the parts, you must submit a written request as outlined above for the entire 3-part series 48 hours
prior to the first date. If you are part of a Certificate program, attendance at all 3 parts of any class is mandatory in order to receive your certification.
