Ian Young serves as Corporate Volunteer Program Manager for Dow. He works to strengthen employee engagement and community impact across Dow’s Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia sites.
Ian brings a background in nonprofit program management and social impact consulting, having partnered with Fortune 500 companies to design and support community-focused initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ferris State University and has dedicated much of his career to service-driven work, including terms with both the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps.
He is passionate about connecting people and organizations to meaningful volunteer opportunities, and believes deeply in the power of service to strengthen both communities and the people who serve them.
