Kate’s career spans operational communications, executive counsel, strategic brand storytelling, DE&I workshop design, academia, and organizational crisis response. Before launching Arc, she led various communications functions across Fortune 50 companies, public sector organizations, and media groups, including working as Head of Corporate Communications for CherryRoad Media and Technologies and spending over a decade in executive positions at Comcast NBCUniversal.
Through Kate’s consulting and coaching practice, she partners with historically underrepresented leaders, nonprofits, and other values-aligned organizations to build inclusive communication approaches that create lasting impact.
