This is the capstone class for our Certificate in Fundraising and can be taken by any development professional ready to activate fundraising strategy across the organization. We’ll explore how to strengthen your nonprofit’s culture of philanthropy by building stronger partnerships with your executive director, staff, and board around the fundraising process. You’ll learn to reset organizational culture around fundraising, including understanding relationship dynamics, setting goals for key board committees, and establishing clear expectations with the board. You’ll also practice articulating your nonprofit’s true value to donors and funders, strengthening their connection to mission outcomes. By the end of class, you’ll have a clear path for activating next steps grounded in your organization’s strategic thinking, driving improved fundraising success.
